Pricing and payment

All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) including Goods and Services Tax (GST). If the delivery address of your order is outside New Zealand, there will be no GST included.

The price is subject to change at any time.

Payment is required at the time of purchase in NZ$ through the online payment gateway Stripe. For international orders, please ensure you familiarise yourself with the exchange rates before placing your order.

Addresses

Please provide a street address or PO Box for shipping.

It is the responsibility of the customer to supply accurate contact details. If an incorrect or insufficient address is provided, there will be no replacement or refund provided.

If a package for delivery is found to be incorrectly addressed, I will be responsible for the replacement or refund in NZ$.

Shipping

Regular delivery within New Zealand is $6.70 (for rural add $4.30). For Australia it costs an extra NZ$13.00, For the UK, Canada, Europe and Asia it costs an extra $25.00. For the USA, South America, Africa and the rest of the world it costs an extra $28.00

Deliver

All orders are dispatched by myself or a delegate as quickly as possible. Please be aware I go away mountain guiding and there might be a delay. You will get an auto reply if this is the case and you are welcome to cancel your order if the wait is too long. 

I will endeavour to have the book to you within three to six working days for New Zealand orders.

International delivery timeframes are dependent on the overseas destination.  Because all international orders are sent via airmail, we have no ability to track and trace these deliveries.

Please note, Covid-19 has resulted in longer delivery timeframes.

Customs and duties

International shipping is paid at the time of your purchase does not include import duties or taxes that may apply upon entry into your country. Any import taxes or duties required by the destination country is the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns and refunds

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within seven days of receiving it to arrange a replacement or refund. I can not be held responsible for damage to international book orders. Contact me by emailing kiwiskiguide@gmail.com providing your contact details, a brief outline of the issue, and an image showing the damage/defect. 

Privacy Policy

I will not retain your information after 30 days nor send any newsletters or emails out. I have nothing else to sell you! I do not give, sell or rent your personal information to third parties. I will never disclose your personal information to third parties.
